Nougat with berries, rockmelon and sunflower seeds

Time: 30 minutes + Chilling: 3 hours

250g marshmallows

200g whole milk powder

100g unsalted butter

300g nuts and dried fruits as your preference. In this batch, I used sunflower seeds, berries and rockmelon.

METHOD

Step 1: Cook butter in a non stick pan until melted completely.

Step 2: Add the marshmallows, cook in low heat until smooth.

Step 3: Add milk powder, stir until smooth.

Step 4: Add nuts and dried fruits, mix well.

Step 5: Spread the mixture into a mold lined with baking paper, press to form. Let it cool in the fridge for around 3 hours to set.

Step 6: Cut into small blocks.
